On behalf of the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences, the Younger Chemists Representatives from different EU Countries have organised a competition for the 2006 European Young Chemist Award. This award is intended to showcase and recognise the excellent research being carried out by young scientists working in the chemical sciences and will be presented at the 1st European Chemistry Congress in Budapest from 27 - 31 August 2006.
